Please check the Paypal Email address that you inputted into your account settings. If this email address is incorrect then Makatto cannot send payments to you. If your Paypal email address is correct, please allow up to 1 hour after the transaction was made for payment to show up in your Paypal account. If none of these cases apply to you, please email support@makatto.com.
